I recently added Multiscreen to my package and was told this would come with another box. Does anyone know which courier delivers the Sky Q mini boxes?

That's not necessarily the case unless a Mini is specifically ordered: some Q users have Multiscreen just to use Sky Go on gaming consoles or Apple TV boxes.

I was told by the sky handler on live chat yesterday the upgrade came with a new box but I haven't had anything to say its on its way. Just curious to know which company is used to ship? Royal mail or DPD?
