&lt;P&gt;Sky don't normally acknowledge receiving equipment but will very quickley contact you if they think you haven't returned it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unipart are the company that deal with returns and are taking more than 2 weeks to process equipment at their warehouse. Let us know in this thread if Sky start chasing you for it and keep that proof of posting indefinitely.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>SKY Q TV Box Return</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I recently changed my sky subscription and removed the SKY Q Box from my account. I sent the item back on the 26th June and would like to understand whether it has been received by Sky as all I see when checking the tracking number is that it has been received at the NDC Hub on the 27th June.
