SkyQ cannot see Sky broadband about 10 feet away

I have sky q. I have sky broadband.

They used to work together, but now they dont.

I have tried resetting the connections

- if I select sky broadband, then it asks me to push a WPA buttion that does not exist.

- if I select other provider, it sees the network, but when I enter the password it says it cannot connect.

Please fix it

It's a WPS button and all Sky routers have one, where will depend on your particular router but they usually have WPS printed under them and two circular arrows.

It does have the ability to escalate queries to Sky employees on here if the rest of us don't know the answer. But usuallly someone does.
