Tv not saying hdmi only no signal

When I turn on my TV with sky it usually says hdmi2 but its not showing that just no signal when I press sky remote to get channels up nothing happens when I press house button and box has only I light at the end card side.hope u can help new battles in remote

If the tv message is 'no signal' you're probably tuned to the wrong HDMI I out. Makesure the power light on your Sky box is green. Look for an AV button on your TV remote and use it to cycle through HDMI inputs until you get to HDMI2.

Hi @Skynonworking

If the light on the front right of the Q box is amber instead of green

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

If the light is already green

First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
