    <description>&lt;P&gt;Our neighbours have a tree like this. It was affecting our satellite signal. An engineer came out and told me exactly the same. Then nearly every tv station was affected, I phoned again to report it and another engineer came out and moved the dish, and gave us a new dish. I think it depends on the engineer and how enthusiastic they are about streaming. Our internet is rubbish so we don't want to go down that route yet!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have a large tree that blocks our signal every year at the same time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An engineer came out recently and said nothing could be done to improve our signal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since then we have not been able to watch many channels also can't record due to signal failure .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am paying over a £100 a month for nothing .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The engineer said she would put this in her report.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She suggested maybe you could change to sky stream as this would not be affected by the bloody tree .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If Sky are unable to find another suitable location for the dish then stream may be the only option.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You would need to call Sky to discuss changing to Sky stream.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:&lt;BR /&gt;(UK) &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/A&gt; Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number&lt;BR /&gt;(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.&lt;/P&gt;
