&lt;P&gt;I see this thread has been up for a couple days now but no additional users have commented on it.&amp;nbsp; Moving forward I recommend getting over to our Messaging Team for a bit more support on the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may get in touch with you later.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll then have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky UHD sound drops.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;this happened in March 2024 and was resolved by Sky, However the same problem has resurfaced in the last few days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The sky community moderator closed the discussion down, so no one is looking at the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky please look into the problem because it's impossible to watch any program with the sound dropping.&lt;/P&gt;
