Our Sky Q All 4 is intermittantly losing its wireless signal for four or five seconds which is making programmes impossible to watch. The fault also occurs at the start of every advert interval All other channels are working ok.. I've checked all the connections and tried switching off the box and rebooting the hub - the same problem persists.
Is anyone else having the same issue or can anyone recommend a solution.
