Can anyone recommend a soundbar with HDMI pass through that works well with Sky Q and LG tv?

All modern soundbars should be suitable @DavidJCole

Main choice depends on your budget.

If you have a UHD Q box and 4K TV make sure that that UHD and HDR

(HLG) passthrough is possible.

Sorry I can't directly help.

You need to be aware that I think quite a few these days no longer have HDMI inputs & rely on (e)ARC functionallity from the TV - SONOS Soundbars being one example I think

Depending on your TV this may or may not be a problem
