@gpdkeswick Give customer service a call and request one, its worth noting there may well be a charge for the upgraded box.

I thought it was an add on you have to subscribe to. Currently 2 months free and £4 per month thereafter

You still need a compatible box, I would consider calling them to cancel it for the end of the 2 free months as people generally only pay an extra quid for it. It's bad enough they still charge for HD, let alone extra charges for Sports HD if you want it.

Ignore the software version there, I couldn't find the most recent page on Sky's site.
