I recieved an e-mail yesterday from sky,imforming me that there wont be anymore software for hd boxs,and said we value you has a customer why dont you have a q box,it also ays there will be no charge for setting it up or for the box,but my fear is once its set up they will charge me more a month for it than im paying now, and of course once its done there is no way going back to an had box,i am thinking about it,because at the moment i only get about 60 hours recording space on this box,but it said in the e-mail i think it said 340 hours space,ive never really ben a person that likes changes in case it causes problems,il have a think for a few days and get back to them if i decide to have this q box.

Hi change can be difficult. But your box will soon not be fit for purpose. How long don't know. As for the new costs you are best to call sky directly and talk to them about a future subscriptions. Tx

yes see sean ,ive already got the full sky package with my hd box cheaper than what it is,but are they going to let me keep the same cost that im paing now ,with a sky box,ive been with sky for about 25 years,so maybe they wont charge me anymore,but id have to dethantly check with them first,yes changes are dificult sometimes.

what i ment to say is ,ive already got it a bit cheaper than what it is with an hd box,but will they let me keep it at the same cost with a q box,and i would have to dethantly check that with them first,because i dont want no hidden costs
