Unable to access or watch sky tv. It seems to be stuck on Samsung but won't let me scroll to anything else. It gives message make sure HDMI cable is connected to the sky box. But now tv isn't coming on at all.

Hi @Carole+k

You need to make sure that your Television set is also set to the HDMI input which is connected to your Q box.

ie HDMI 1

or HDMI 2 etc.

If necessary scroll through all the Television HDMI inputs using your TV set remote control.
