Remote control won’t connect to tv

Hi all,

I'm having trouble with my Sky Q remote. For some reason my remote just stopped controlling the sound for the tv. I changed the batteries, did the whole 7 & 9 and 1 & 3 thing which didn't work so I ordered a new remote. That has just arrived and this one won't work either. I can't even get the voice control to work.

Any ideas?!
