Evening All

My Mother is a Diamond VIP Member - Sky Signature Package with 1 additional Sky + Box/Multiroom

Is she entitled to a Free Sky Q Upgrade if she commits to a new contract.

If she gets the Sky Q Package plus one other connector will she have to pay for the additional Multi Room and/or are there other charges ?

Also best way to request from Sky if eligible.

Chances are they will upgrade for free but it may come with a few 'strings'

May I suggest you read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q

SKY +/HD to SKY Q

To watch in more than one rooms (i.e. with mini boxes) there is a single monthly subscription needed to multiscreen
