If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
If not go this page & scroll to the bottom and expand the link need more help & scroll down

If you don't fancy hanging on the phone for ages you can also negotiate a new package using the online messaging service. If you click on the 'No I still need help' button at the bottom of this page, you'll get the option to 'Chat with us' via the on-screen messenger:
