&lt;P&gt;Try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network. &lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.&lt;BR /&gt;If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.&lt;BR /&gt;if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've done everything that was said to do ie press the button on the back of my router,that didn't work. I can't watch Netflix or any other apps plus I can't go onto my account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having exactly the same issues. Strong braodband but no network connection. Turning off/on and/or resetting via the WPS button does not help. Sporadic problem as it might be alright for a few days then not, can't access APP programs just TV channels/recordings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't get to any point on line to request an engineer - just get sent back to 'press the WPS button'!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
