Does anyone have a sky code for The Sero TV ? It's annoying having to use the tv remote for turning it on and off and volume. When the sky remote should be able to do it all.

Hi @Nb16

Sky Q Bluetooth remotes (ie ones with Microphone button) does not use codes in the pairing setup.

Only Brand and Model.

In the remote pairing setup try Other Brand

It's a Samsung brand have you tried Find it For me option @Nb16

yes I tried that as well. and it just doesnt pick up The Sero
