    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't find the particular reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you say you could see the same layout as I was trying to explain in my 'Flower' example on your Sky+ for &amp;nbsp;the options to download the episodes in series 5, on catchup? Set to download at times on days offered, but also the ability to download it straight away?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, and I'm not sure how the forum runs, is there any chance you could take a screenshot of that particular page showing those options, to better help explain what it looked like, and choices when the engineer calls, as obviously trying to explain it will make far easier and I don't have the ability to show it any longer, and my example (Flower) was a *very rough explanation of the options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, I wasn't sure where to post this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had my Sky Q installed today, upgrading from my old Sky HD box, there was noting wrong with, it was just Sky offered it to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last week I downloaded the whole series of Canal Boat Diaries, series 5, the week before, series 4.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just went to download series 5 again from yesterday, but it now says I need to upgrade my package to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We haven't changed anything on our subscription since last week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can watch the Yesterday channel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does all your subscription come on the card? as in, could they have messed it up somehow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only thing I could try, just to satisfy myself, is to connect my old box back up, and see if I can do it on that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any Ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any replies.....Just a ditty, I don't know who designed the whole menu system, but it's pants, far to long winded than it needs to be compared to the old Sky HD operating system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In case you need to know if you don't have the HD add on we recommend&amp;nbsp;changing your download preference to SD&lt;BR /&gt;Main Menu -&amp;gt; Settings -&amp;gt; Setup -&amp;gt; Preferences &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BTW yes the UI can be quite a shock for people coming from SKY +/HD with a simplistic, tabular UI that just works.&amp;nbsp; The graphical UI on SKY Q with more menus and thumbnails can seem overly complicated&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Voice control is actually quite useful.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I find handy controls for recordings are :&lt;BR /&gt;Skip nn minutes&lt;BR /&gt;Go To nn minutes&lt;BR /&gt;Back nn minutes &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can use hours, minutes &amp;amp; seconds or mix e.g. Go to 1hour 15 minutes&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Skip nn minutes is very handy for adverts and you get used to the length on regular used channels (Many are around the 4 minute mark)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also say Go To Start&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As I say Voice control in general is very useful - see&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-voice-control-commands" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-voice-control-commands&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;P.S. A few words of caution :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Recordings 'Continue' section is rather buggy and often can result in actions you don't want. I have found it can link to an episode that I have already watched and deleted or link to&amp;nbsp; the next episode in a series before you have finished watching the current one&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We thus strongly recommend using this section with great caution - I rarely use it&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This slightly erratic behaviour can also be similar in the buttons &lt;STRONG&gt;above&lt;/STRONG&gt; recording thumbnails &amp;amp; thus I recommend always scrolling down to the episode thumbnail you want to watch (an arrow pointing left indicates play) or the buttons&lt;STRONG&gt; below&lt;/STRONG&gt; . (BTW An arrow pointing down in the thumbnail&amp;nbsp; indicates download)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(Yesterday)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to series 4.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select Episode 1 and click on 'All Formats.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything in yours, HD or SD options?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have noting in that option at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I select episode 2, 3 and 4, the options of HD, SD show.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I choose either series One, Two or Three, and have a look, they are all fine, Episode 1 on all of them are fine. (show the options)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you think it might be a glitch if yours is the same?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you think there might be a clitch in&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not infatuated with this program, it's just bugging me, as I am/was not sure if there might be a problem with either the card if your subscriptions are loaded onto that, or the card wasn't loaded correctly for want of a better word etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Each of the ten episodes of Season 5 are available to Download in four different versions,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday HD On Demand&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday HD Catch Up&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday (SD) On Demand&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday (SD) Catch Up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's no reason why these shouldn't be available to you on your Sky Q Box. You would need to have the HD Pack to Download either of the HD versions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have Just spent just over 45 minutes trying to explain it to them, so I've asked for an engineer to sit in front of the TV so I can show him.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not subscripe to HD channels&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Canal boats diaries seasons 1 to 4 is available on catch up in either HD or SD&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obviously, I can't download them in HD, BUT, I can and have downloaded 1 to 4 in SD, Which I have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Season 5 is currently being shown on the yesterday channel 155 (episode 3, I think) in SD no other options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Season 5 on catch up is available for you to download, each episode in either HD or SD&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It won't let me download it in SD (as said, I don't subscribe to HD) It is saying I don't have the right package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BUT: Last Wednesday on my old box (Sky HD+) I downloaded from the yesterday catchup channel series 1 to 5 in SD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then later in the day I thought I'm not going to watch the whole series having already seen 1 to 4 I would deltete them, but along with those I also delted series 5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The following day (Thursday) I decided to re-download series 5 (in SD) which I did without any problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Come Yesterday (wednesday I had the SkyQ box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have come to download series 5 on yesterday catchup in SD (both HD and SD are given as formats, I don't subscribe to HD)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It now says I don't have the correct package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last week, Canal Boat Diares was being broadcast in SD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was available to download in SD on catchup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I downloaded it TWICE in SD on catchup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday (new box)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Canal Boat Diaries is being broadcast in SD, I am able to record that and series link.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Canal boat Diaries on Catchup is still available to download from catchup in SD (and HD)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I select the SD format. and try to download it, I can't becuase I don't have the right package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What has changed in the time from Last Wednesday/Thursday untill Yesterday?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not altered any subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The tech help says nothing has changed both in my subscription and the way it is on catchup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can *still currently download 1 to 4 in SD fine, Series 5 no...even though nothings changed in anyway backed up by tech help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He then started going on about it could be because the program was only filmed in HD!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry, but you are talking out of your backside (I didn't say that to him)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's being broadcast real time in SD, I downloaded it last week in SD (catchup)...twice That has nothing to do with it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tech: I can give you HD for 4 months free of charge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Me: I don't really want it. Just switch me to HD for the next 20 minutes, that's all I want, and I will prove to you I can't download it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I eventually took the offer...guess what?.... Set to download at times on days offered, but also the ability to download it straight away?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, and I'm not sure how the forum runs, is there any chance you could take a screenshot of that particular page showing those options, to better help explain what it looked like, and choices when the engineer calls, as obviously trying to explain it will make far easier and I don't have the ability to show it any longer, and my example (Flower) was a *very rough explanation of the options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
