Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

Yes I have tried that. Nothing is happening. The red light is permanently on.

Hi @Ozzy2607 Switching it off at the mains, wait 30 seconds and then switch it back on.
