To do that follow these steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Press Home&amp;gt;Highlight Settings&amp;gt;Press 001 and click the center button&amp;gt;Click on apps&amp;gt; Click on refresh apps and confirm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The message that pops up on the screen should be "Your apps are being refreshed"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once it says that, try reloading Netflix and see if it works for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
