Sky q box turning itself off every few minutes

My sky q box keeps turning itself off every few minutes. This is happening first thing in the morning,, so it's not overheated or been on too long. I have tried a restart and reset but neither has helped? Don't know what to do?

If you have already done a factory reset on the box by pressing the home button>Highlight Settings>Press 001 and click center button on the remote>Reset>Factory Reset, and that hasn't helped, most likely you have to have the box replaced. Contact Sky to get that sorted

@Skynwrks you say you have done a reset what reset did you do ?

Personally i wouldn't do a factory reset unless it was the last option and i'd tried everything else as the factory reset will wipe the hard disk the first reset to try is the one below

You could try resetting the settings in the Q boxes hidden menu.
To enter the hidden menu press the home button and scroll down to settings but do not select settings.
With settings highlighted press 0 0 1 then select
Only Carry out the first Reset being Reset Settings as the others will wipe all recordings.
After the reset you will have to re-pair your remote assuming you are using a bluetooth remote by pressing 1 and 3 together on the remote

My sky box keeps turning itself off I have taken card out and put back in I have turned box of at mains but its still doing it its very annoying
