Have turned all settings to off ,tried turning one off at a time but still have to enter pin on almost all channels HELP?

Once optional protection (under the control of the user) is switched off, only channels carrying post watershed content before 21:00 should have a Mandatory Daytime Protection challenge. That's typically Sky Atlantic, Documentaries and Comedy, plus several Cinema channels.

However, if you are seeing an MDP challenge on one of those channels, the Broadcasting Code insists it cannot be removed by a user.
