Hi, I'm having a spot of bother with my Sky Q.... does anyone have any idea why almost all of my HD channels are ok but.... ITV, C4, C5 etc aren't please?

Hi @Twopants68

If the issues continue you may have a slight dish misalignment.

Although the channels you mention are not all on the same transponder it would be advisable to get a sky engineer to check your dish.

I've just done another re boot, and it's still ITV etc not in HD, plus all the TNT Sport channels
