Issue with sky box connection

My sky mini box keeps disconnecting from the network and now the remote will not link to the sky box. The sky box also will not turn on even when pressing the button on the actual box, I have restarted the box and tried to reconnect the remote but nothing has worked.

I am having the same problem. I have switched my 2 mini boxe locations and the same mini box is still having issues in a different location, i suspect the box is faulty.
