Hi I have Sky Q 4K and a 4K TV how come I can't watch anything in 4K?

If your TV won't display 4K content, it's possible you're plugging into an incompatible port. Try another one or check the manual on your TV to see which ports you should be using for UHD. Also the TV HDMI input must set for UHD. Normally Deep colour or Enhanced on some TV's
