The Sky Q Main Box works ok on my Main LG 65" 4K UHD TV, and my LG 65" 4K UHD in bedroom

I use the Main Sky q HDMI Skt from box that then goes to a 2 way HDMI Splitter to HDMI 1 to Main LG TV from the HDMI 2 Skt on the splitter I use a HDMI to LAN Cable to my TV in the main bedroom.

Also I have used 8K LAN Cable To Link The HDMI to LAN adapters this works ok

It's worth remembering that Q as a television platform dates from 2016 when UHD televisions were far less common. Mini boxes have never been revised for 4K output, and no existing main Q box has the silicon to rebroadcast 4K content.

The modern Sky platform for multiple UHD televisions is the Stream puck.
