The engineer is due to fit Sky q box in two days and I can't find the card.

If this is a new install and you are a new customer then your viewing card is normally posted to you before install.

If you haven't received it the installer may carry spare cards.

Viewing cards are sent in the post to arrive a day or to before Sky Q is installed. If it doesn't arrive the engineers sometimes carry spares.
