@Stephyswarbrick You will need to call Sky, you can't request this through a public forum.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Hi @Stephyswarbrick I'm afraid that you wont get a new Dish installed by posting on a public community forum. You will need to contact Sky or get a local satellite installer. Both may charge as you own the dish, not Sky.

I live in the channel islands and unfortunately i don't the the full packages of sky just the box and dish and have to speak with sky to get engineer out can't do it ourselves. But this is where sky sent me on calling them, the automated voice put me here. Thanks for all the advice though I finally got to speak to a human and not a recoding.
