Sky Q box wil not go into standby mode

box was set up by a sky engineer last week. Remote now controls tv, sound bar and Q box. All functions work except the Q box does not go into standby via the remote, either on 3 second press and

hold or a short press. Neither does it go into standby when i press the standby button on the box itself. Will try a full reset but has this happened to anyone else?

Hi @RussellPeacock Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Hi, thx for response. Have tried that and what it seems to be is that the box DOES go into standby but that the light remains green. so I guess no further action needed.
