Got Sky Q and this evening can't watch anything! Just got blue screen with "there is a technical fault with this channel. Please try later" it's every channel. I've tried everything suggested to fix it and nothing works! Can watch recorded stuff but not actual tv. anyone else experiencing this?

I had my sky q box on this morning. Came down and the screen had frozen. Now I can't get any channel just a black screen. I've turned it off and on again but nothing. Don't want to reset as I'll lose my recordings
