Sky Multiroom not working.

Press . on remote & still no response. Powered off & changed batteries in remote same issue.

Hi @Mike195

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
With the mini box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
