Sky tv not working

We have not been able to watch our Sky Tv for over seven days. The box comes on but is stuck on the welcome screen. The remote led is not flashing green. I have already tried changing the batteries

Hi @EJames1

The remote does not flash green. There is a Red led at the top of the remote and this will only flash with the microphone button or the Question mark ❓ button.

If the LED on the front right of the Q box is still Amber then Have you tried pressing this Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

If the LED on the front right of the Q box is green and there is nothing happening on the screen then go through the following link.
