Sky Q mini connection issue

We have our Sky Q main box in our lounge and a mini upstairs in our playroom/bedroom. Our broadband is Plusnet superfast and is very fast. However we can't get the mini to connect to the main box as must be too far away. Can anybody suggest a way of solving this. I heard sky signal boosters only work with Sky broadband. Seems unfair especially as costing £15pm and service cannot be used! Help!

Hi @Stever1959

You need a Sky Q WiFi booster positioned midway between the main Q box and the mini.

Regardless of Broadband supplier they can be used to aid connection as they connect to the main Q box WiFi and not your router
