Each mini box which is loaned to you may be subject to a one off upfront charge but you only need one Sky Q monthly Multiscreen subscription.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely &lt;/STRONG&gt;and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Perhaps you should note that there is no benefit in returning one mini box if you still have another mini box and a multiscreen subscription&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;SKY's processes don't really cater for returning individual boxes when customers still have a multiscreen subscription and I think it is more likely that the returned box could be lost in the system&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Thus I think it is probably better to keep an unused spare box and return it when you cancel SKY or the multiscreen subscription&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
