    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm totally stumped.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 months ago I was upgraded from BT to EE full fiber and which initially helped massively with sky ( using Netflix Amazon prime video etc, no buffering at all etc)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However a week after broadband &amp;nbsp;install, the sky q box became noisey ( fan on ) and won't switch on, after switching off and on at the mains, it would work and then the next day off it goes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was given a new sky q 2 tb box &amp;nbsp;and within 2 days same issue (after I did a software update)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3rd new sky box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;worked fine, did the software update and guess what, it's done it again, this time 3 times in one day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive done the reset settings lark..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but this is really starting to wind me up now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the box is in &amp;nbsp;position with good ventilation and nothing on top of it etc,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone got any ideas before I ring sky? Is the software corrupt?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
