I pay £7 a month for MUTV but cannot acces it now because it is on HD and I do not subscribe to the HD version.

Hi @DAI2 It looks like you are going to have to cancel then, however I am surprised that a non-Sky channel does not allow you to watch in HD if that is the only format available. Do you get a you must upgrade to Sky HD to view this channel then?

If you have Sky Q (or Sky+HD) then you should still be able to watch MUTV, there is no extra charge for the HD version and the Sky HD pack is not required.
