      <title>On demand and catch up not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Catch up &amp;amp; On demand are not working on my Sky Q. When I try to download something it says 'To use this service, you need to upgrade your subscription".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently renewed my Sky Q contract after cancelling it for a month or so, never had problems before cancellation, same equipment same contract with HD, but just doesn't work anymore?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried the settings, turning off and on etc but no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have the HD add on and the fixs don't work so can this be escalated to Sky. &amp;nbsp;I Understand sky will then try to refresh the viewing card which sometimes needs a couple of attempts. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4017918"&gt;@Sidler&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team should contact you later today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have&lt;STRONG&gt; 48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within &lt;STRONG&gt;48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.
