&lt;P&gt;Open your Netflix on your Q box and go to the left hand Netflix menu. &amp;nbsp;Scroll down and select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Get help.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the next screen there is an option to sign out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then log back in with your correct credentials&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
