No on Demand

We have scaffolding so obviously no Signal, but we've been able to get on demand and catchup TV, I watched iplayer this am, and this afternoon can't get anything, it's saying no satalite Signal on every memu.

Called up sky he checked Internet and it was fine. Anyone else had this please?

The Q box will only work for a limited time with no satellite signal

We were told on demand works through the Internet, is that not the case then?

hi @hazellane

As @oldfella says the box only works for a while without a Satellite Signal before it ceases to function for anything.

It needs a 'keep alive' signal that is sent via Satellite, so, as you have found, it works initially but when the next authorisation signal is due, if it doesn't get it it ceases to function until it gets a signal again.

Hi @hazellane It requires an occasional satellite signal to authenticate the box.
