On Sky Q home page scroll down to:

Settings - Setup - Audio Visual.

You'll see the "Picture resolution" options.

If your TV has 4k capability you'll see 2160p (UHD) as an option.

Select this and you'll then have set up

your TV so you can watch Sky TV sports & files in glorious UHD

I am getting the same error message. Cannot watch Roland Garros in UHD.

Whats going on?

Is it advertised as being in UHD as I'm watching it via the Discovery+ app on FireTvStick and no UHD matches are listed.

I managed to fix it. Strangely the sky q box settings changed themselves to 1080 and not 2160. Changed them back and it's fine now.

Roland Garros is in UHD on Eurosport 1. Press red for Chatrier Court matches in UHD. Same as every year.

Fair comment @Kameron not watching via Sky Q box so no red button to press.
