      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Followed the steps without too much success.&amp;nbsp; Got some channels back, however, Sky Sports and Cinema still unavailable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have booked an engineer visit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
