No problems now, there's a tree blocking the signal that I know so I keep it pruned, I checked the signal and while the satellite quality increased to 90 the signal strength reached only 70 so I was wondering if it was fine

hi @cintv

One thing you may need to be aware of, for future reference, is that the Signal Strength guide on SKY Q does not show the strength/quality of the channel you are watching but a fixed transponder set in an engineers menu.

Thus it may show a good quality when some channels on a different/weaker transponder may have issues

Thanks, for now I use it to check if the signal is coming back after pruning the tree, and the channels have all a good signal
