Poor quality TNT SPORT 1

Currently watching European Challenge Cup Final. Picture quality is awful. There's also a delay between action and sound.
Watching on TV via Sky Q box . Does anyone else have same problem or know how to resolve it please ?

It was also poor for me to begin with but has improved

Thanks for your reply. It's definitely better now. I just hope it doesn't happen tomorrow afternoon for the Champions Cup final too. It's so difficult to know what to do about those issues.

@AngelaB1 there's nothing a customer can do with these type of issues as it's a playout issue which only the broadcaster ( in this case TNT) can resolve
