    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had paramount on old sky box with sky cinema. Now got sky q to et a fuller use and expeience.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;paramount logged in but sayd account not activated.&amp;nbsp; I have tried&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) rstart and re set on box&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2) softwar down load&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) software down load and reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) sky help line have done it from there end.&amp;nbsp; 4 times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have some feedback for Sky!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once I loaded that link, I did recognise that screen but had not twigged the further instructions on the other tabs due to the poor layout of that page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Confusion is cause by lack of precision e.g. when is the 'app' referred to on the tv or maybe on a mobile phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instructions should be per device or combination of devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried the recommended link sky.com/paramountplus-activate but on my Google PC browser, got this response! "&lt;SPAN&gt;Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."&amp;nbsp; I did however get this to work with another browser so I assume there was some cookie issue with Google.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the other browser I login, but then after login it straightaway gives me this message "&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;It looks like you tried to visit this page too quickly. Refresh the page to try again." !!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Finally got past this on my Google browser, got screen on the (tv) app which said confirm sub for £0. Fine. It asked me to sign in but when I did that it said there was no active subscription on my account. It then took me in circles back to the 'get paramount button' so i clicked that and it said to link to a paramount+ account ( although i had already signed in with those credentials.) It asked me again to scan the QR code. (note, it doesn't make it clear which device that needs to be from - that didn't work from my phone for sure) so back to trying the sky.comparamountplus-activate URL again on PC.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Finally that worked. Activated screen on PC and when I went&amp;nbsp; back into the TV app link, I now have paramount plus.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;But oh boy Sky, you need to make this more intuitive and less painful!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
