i have netflix through sky but i dont know login details so i can watch on netflix app via a phone or tablet

I can watch on sky no problem but not on phone. please help so i can login and watch.thank you

Hi @mr+d+coomber

Open the Netflix App on your Q box and go to the left hand menu.

Scroll down to the bottom and select Get help.

On the next screen you will see the Email address associated with your Netflix Account.

If you cannot remember the Password for your Netflix account see the following link

Hi @mr+d+coomber

Best thing to do then is to Sign out of the Netflix where the option is at the bottom of the screen.

Then reset your password as per the link I posted.
