&lt;P&gt;What have you tried already?&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Rebooting the main Sky Q box is the normal first step.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When screen goes black and blue circle on box stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;if that doesn't work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home &amp;gt; settings &amp;gt; system info &amp;gt; viewing card number &amp;gt; setup &amp;gt; viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
