You would have to call Sky to order one then it's sent out in the post? Why do you need one (unless you've done a doorstep box swap and left the card in the faulty box)?

Thanks for the info. The card we have is getting very burnt and the signal keep dropping and it's not the weather, I'm also getting a new lnb just in case.

It's not getting burnt. It's just the colorization of the glue that holds the chip in the card. Perfectly normal. A loss of satellite signal is either a dish alignment, a failing LNB or cable damage.
