Upgraded to multiscreen but mini box not delivered

Hi,

i upgraded to multiscreen on 18/04/24 and there is no sign of the mini box being shipped out.

its on my bill and I have confirmation emails but they haven't sent out a box at all?

how would I go about sorting this?

Did you order Multiscreen and a mini box? A mini box is not automatically dispatched when Multiscreen is added.

Multiscreen on Sky Q is the monthly subscription required to use Sky Q mini boxes or view on tablets or phones. Multiscreen does not necessarily come with a mini box which is normally available at an additional one off upfront charge but still loaned.

Multiscreen also permits Go on consoles and Apple TV, and some users of those devices specifically don't want an actual Mini box to have to look after when they are never going to use it.

Just pay for sky go extra, it's only £5 a month and allows Sky go on consoles

I didnt know this was a thing? I assumed since you need it for multiscreen you'd get it when you add it?!
