Hi,

Has anyone else had apps (Disney+, Apple) buffering when trying to watch something?

I've had a BT engineer to check the router and all is fine. My Q box is okay and I've rebooted both, refreshed apps and it is still the same.

The Q mini box is in a room that has an outside wall between the Q box and the mini Q box, I can't ethernet connect it. Is there a booster you can get for the Q mini as I know the Sky Q box creates its own signal.

Thanks,

Jo
