Remove someone’s Disney plus account from my TV

My daughters friend used their Disney plus account on my TV. Nor every time I click on Disney plus app via Sky their account comes up. I don't know how to remove it and put ours back on. It's only on one TV all the others are fine. I've tried resetting the TV but this is obviously a Sky issue not TV issue

Open the Disney+ app and navigate to the settings menu on the left hand side. Select it and then navigate down to where it says Log Out. This will log the app out of your daughter's friend's account. You can then log back in with your own Disney+ username and password for your own account.

Hi @Gemma651

Have you tried just logging out of the App on your Q box.

In Disney plus on your box go to Settings and scroll down to the bottom and you can Log out
