Trooli router connectivity

Today I replaced my Skynrouter with one from Trooli. I've successfully connected my main Sky Q box to it but cannot connect the minibox in my bedroom. Somehow or other even when I do manage to get a connection it loses this when I turn the bedroom TV off and back on.

Has anyone else had connectivity issues when they've changed to a non Sky router?

@Delboyrattler Your post has been moved from the Sky Broadband forum as it's not a Sky Broadband service your connecting to your Q boxes.

@Delboyrattler your mini boxes will not coonect to the trooli router by wifi they will need to connect to your Sky Q main box

Yes I thought that might be the case. I'm wondering if there's a weak signal between the minibox and the Q one as when I had a Sky router I had to have a booster in my hallway. However, I can't connect the booster to the Q box! I'm presuming I'm correct in thinking a minibox does in fact work with a Trooli router!

Hi @Delboyrattler

Why can't you connect the WiFi booster to the Q box? I assume it is a Q WiFi booster?

It's not for the want of trying! I've pressed the wps buttons on them but the booster doesn't connect
